I recently worked with this team to create a custom belt buckle for one of my clients, and the entire experience was genuinely outstanding from start to finish. From the beginning, Max, the sales coordinator who guided me through the process, was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and patient. We went through at least ten different design iterations while I waited for final approvals from my client’s C-suite team, and at no point did I feel rushed or like I was asking for too much. Progress stayed smooth because Max always got back to me quickly — usually within the hour, and never longer than a day — which made a huge difference in keeping the project moving forward. The design experience itself was excellent. I was able to use their “design your own” tool to explore concepts, and the team supported that process with both detailed 2D mockups and full 3D renderings. Seeing the buckle take shape in that way was incredibly helpful when making final decisions, and it gave us real confidence before moving into production. The finished product is absolutely gorgeous and exceeded expectations. The craftsmanship is beautiful, the weight and detail feel premium, and the value for the price was honestly the best I found after researching multiple vendors. They even applied a discount without me asking, which felt like a genuine gesture rather than a sales tactic. Because the buckle was being shipped directly to the recipient — the company’s top salesperson of the year — the team also took extra care with presentation. It was packaged thoughtfully, and they sent me photos of the final product along with tracking updates so I could stay informed every step of the way. This was one of those rare vendor experiences where every interaction felt easy, professional, and human. I’m already looking for additional physical projects just so I can work with them again. If you’re considering custom work like this, I would absolutely recommend them.

This was an excellent purchase and an incredible value! The service team and Chris were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We host an annual Clay Tournament, and this year the committee decided we wanted custom belt buckles for the awards. I was initially referred to another in-state company that offered beautiful buckles—but very expensive, $200 each. While the committee was prepared to move forward at that price, I decided to do some due diligence and explore other options online. That’s when I found GS-JJ. I’ll admit, I was a bit nervous at ordering from a company I wasn’t familiar with, that operates out of state and out of country at much lower cost of $50 each. However, the fabulous service team—and especially Chris—put me at ease with their responsiveness and professionalism. When the buckles arrived, before schedule we were absolutely thrilled! They were exactly what we envisioned—comparable in every way to the much more expensive option. The quality of the materials and the craftsmanship are first-rate. We couldn’t be happier with the result and will definitely order again!
