The pricing varies based on numerous factors, including the materials used for decoration, dimensions, manufacturing process, type of rope fastener, packaging, and any extra fees for premium upgrades. Ordering in bulk allows for greater savings, with each decorative item costing less per unit as the quantity increases.

Our minimum turnaround time is usually 10 days (production) and 3-5 days (shipping). If you are not in a hurry to receive the goods,  a discount will be provided for longer turnaround times. The discount increases as the waiting time extends. For the specific turnaround time discounts, please see the last step of our quotation system

We have no MOQ! There are certain restrictions on the website quote, so if your order is less than a certain amount, please email us!

Absolutely. We can turn your idea into a reality starting with your complete design / a rough draft / a reference photo, or even a good description of how you would like your ornaments to look. Our professional designers will create artwork accordingly. We won't start production until you are satisfied. If you don't have a design but have a logo, sketch, or image you found online as a reference, you can upload and provide instructions in the text box and our team will create the mockup for you based on this.

We have four main materials for custom decorations, including stainless steel, gold copper, zinc die-casting, and acrylic. Each type of material offers a unique texture, giving you the option to pick based on your specific needs and available budget.

Our design themes and scenes are very rich, including custom Christmas ornaments, family ornaments, book ornaments, pet memorial ornaments, couple ornaments, personalized name ornaments, custom holiday ornaments, exquisite collections, company occasions, and so on. In addition, you can also personalize it according to your preferences, such as adding specific patterns, text, or colors.
