I’m not going to lie I was a little skeptical about buying patches from this relatively non name brand website. However, the patches came really quickly and were great quality. Customer service kept me really up to date without me even asking and seemed very responsive.

Purchased leather patches. Working with design coordinator went great. She was helpful in making sure design was to spec. Patch design and print came out great. Adhesive of leather to Velcro was faulty. Contacted company back to notify of issue. They fixed the problem and sent in replacements that worked. Very good to see that they backed their product
