Terms and Conditions

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between GS-JJ Canada (the Seller) and you (the Purchaser), superseding any prior agreements, representations, or understandings regarding the website, products, content, or software. We may update this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Updates take effect immediately upon posting. Users are responsible for reviewing the current terms before using the site.

Our site allows users to browse and purchase products online. You are prohibited to do the following acts: · Using the website if you are under 18 or otherwise legally unable to form binding contracts;· Collecting or harvesting the personal information of other users;· Manipulating pricing, interfering with website operations, or disrupting rating systems;· Transmitting viruses, worms, or harmful code.

To register an account, you must provide accurate legal information, including your full name, current address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

Payment terms are at the sole discretion of GS-JJ Canada. Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is required before order acceptance. Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, and electronic check.

Invoices are due within the specified period and may be invoiced separately. GS-JJ Canada reserves the right to cancel or deny orders and is not responsible for typographical or pricing errors.

For all purchases other than consumer transactions, GS-JJ Canada reserves the right to charge a late penalty of 1% per month on undisputed overdue amounts, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less. Every 30 days thereafter, an additional late penalty will be applied.

Stock products that are undamaged may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Custom orders are generally not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.

Many of our products are custom-made, so slight variations in color, size, or design may occur. Minor differences (up to 5% aesthetic variation) are considered normal and acceptable.

If an item is defective or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Our team will assist you promptly.

To process any refund, the items must be returned to our office. Contact your sales representative or our customer service team to arrange a return shipping label or pickup. We cover the shipping costs for returns to our company.

Upon receipt, we will inspect the items for defects in quality, manufacturing, or deviation from the ordered design or color. Refunds will only be issued if 6% or more of the returned items fail inspection. Items with variation less than 6% will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for shipping costs.

Defective custom products will be remade at no additional cost, with typical production times of 15–20 business days unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Non-rush orders may be canceled at any time before the start of production. Rush orders are non-cancellable.

If production has not yet started, you will receive a full refund upon cancellation.

Production is deemed to have started once the mold-making process begins or the manufacturer has commenced production of your custom products. At that point, cancellations are no longer eligible for a full refund.

If you cancel your order after production has started, you will be responsible for mold fees and any setup or production costs incurred. These fees will be deducted from your payment, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Once your custom products have been fully manufactured, you are responsible for full payment. No cancellation refunds will be issued.

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

The List Price shown on our website represents the full retail price listed by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated according to industry standards. It may also reflect the estimated retail value of a comparable item offered elsewhere.

List Prices are for reference only and may not reflect the prevailing price in every region or on every day.

For items sold as sets, the List Price may represent the combined “open-stock” price—i.e., the sum of each item's estimated retail price. When items are sold by third-party merchants, the List Price may be provided by the merchant.

In cases where an item is mispriced and the correct price is higher than shown, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for confirmation before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.

You may not use the site or its content:· For any unlawful purpose;· To solicit or encourage others to engage in unlawful acts;· To violate any applicable laws or regulations;· To infringe upon intellectual property rights;· To harass, defame, discriminate, or abuse others;· To submit false or misleading information;· To upload or transmit malicious code;· To collect personal information from others;· To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape;· For obscene or immoral purposes;· To interfere with the security features of the Service or related websites.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any prohibited uses.

You affirm that you own or have rights to all trademarks, images, logos, or artwork submitted to GS-JJ Canada. You agree to indemnify and hold GS-JJ Canada harmless from any claims related to intellectual property. No rights in our software, services, or content are transferred unless explicitly stated.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Fraudulent activity is monitored, and perpetrators shall bear all costs and legal fees arising from enforcement actions.

We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed CAD2,786 or the total price of the subject products paid or payable to you whichever is less.

We make no express or implied warranties regarding the Program or any products, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the website will operate without errors or interruptions. Your use of this site is at your own risk.

GS-JJ Canada strives to deliver your orders on time for your event; however, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

CUSTOMS - Our products are hand-manufactured and imported. Customs authorities in Canada, the U.S., or other countries may inspect shipments at random.

SHIPPING - Once products are handed over to the shipping carrier, GS-JJ Canada is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Factors such as weather, war, changes in international shipping regulations, or carrier service issues may impact delivery times.
Please allow sufficient time for production and shipping when planning your order.

ORDER CHANGES AND ADDITIONS - Delays caused by changes requested by the customer, including design modifications, additional quantities, pre-production sample requests, or shipment date adjustments, are the customer’s responsibility.

GS-JJ Canada is only responsible for delays occurring before delivery to the shipping carrier. Once the order is with the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.

Failure of the GS-JJ Canada to insist upon strict performance of any of the terms, conditions, and covenants hereof shall not be deemed a relinquishment or waiver of any rights or remedy that we may have, nor shall it be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the terms, conditions or covenants hereof, which terms, conditions, and covenants shall continue to be in full force and effect.

No waiver by either party of any breach of any provision hereof shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent or prior breach of the same or any other provision.

You may not assign your rights without GS-JJ Canada’s consent; we may assign at our discretion.
